Fired Heaters

CiTECH has over a period of years supplied more than 500 fired process heaters, the largest being over 400 Mw. Continuing in this development we have now employed the use of our CiBAS constructional & coiling techniques in a natural extension to our Fired Heater range.

Our fleet population has grown to in excess of 500 units comprising:

Vertical upshot units
Convective packages
Cabin Heaters

Our reputation for delivering heaters for unusual applications has resulted in heating the following products

Our latest steam super heater was rated at 45 Mw, raising 150 tonnes per hour of steam at 130 Bar, 520°C.

Our current Fired Heater design rated at 42 Mw supplies Hot oil. The overall efficiency is 93% and the package is equipped with an ultra low Nox combustion system operating Sub 15 ppm/vol
