Petrofac commissioned CITECH to conduct an engineering feasibility study into the upgrading of existing WHRU equipment on the Piper Bravo platform in the North Sea Marigold field

Following the order for the first CiBAS WHRU, Solar subsequently placed a further order with CiTECH for an identical CiBAS WHRU.

Capitalising on this achievement, CiTECH has been bestowed with the privileged task of supplying ONGC with an additional WHRU unit for their Onshore Gas Plant.

Following on from the success of the 3 units installed on the Tahiti spar platform, Chevron ordered a further 3 similar units for their Anchor platform destined for the Gulf of Mexico.

A single day was all it took for each of these 2 CiBAS WHRU’s to be mechanically fitted onto the existing Balder FPSO as part of the life extension project.

Perenco’s Wytch Farm site in Dorset UK was the destination for 2 CiBAS units in 2020. Centrica awarded the contract for these 2 small CiBAS units, which, for the first time, are installed on reciprocating gas engines.

In July 2018, CiTECH were awarded a contract from Solar Turbines to supply 3 CiBAS Waste Heat Recovery units and associated exhaust ducting for installation on the Shell operated Penguins FPSO.

CiTECH, working with Nymo AS in Norway, have supplied 2 CiBAS C60 units and associated ducting which have been retrofitted onto the Maersk Inspirer jack-up rig.

CiTECH were awarded the order from Turboden for three CiBAS Twinstack WHRU for retrofit installation onto existing gas turbine generators.

CiTECH were awarded the order from Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) for two CiBAS C100 WHRU and four exhaust ducts for the Bardegg-2 Baronia EOR Development.

CiTECH have won the order from MISC Berhad to supply two CiBAS C30 WHRU for their FSPO Cendor to provide heat to the on-board Production & Process System.

CiTECH have won the order from Sime Darby to supply a total of Five CiBAS C30 WHRU for the ONGC B193 Platform to provide heat to the on-board Production & Process Systems.

CiTECH won the order from Egyptian Maintenance Company to supply a total of Four Vertical Traditional WHRU with Integral By-pass for retrofitting existing WHRU currently running on site.

The Betara Gas Processing Plant was developed on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia, to produce sales gas from the North Geragai, Makmur, Northeast Betara, and Gemah gas fields for pipeline delivery to Singapore.

CiTECH in cooperation with Alstom Gas Turbines Lincoln have installed a development unit of their patented Compact Circular Waste Heat Recovery Unit known as CiBAS on their site.
